You will:
- Communicate with customers and service providers by phone and e-mail;
- Receive and process invoices;
- Maintain a vendor database;
- Verify and reconcile invoices and payments;
- Maintain documentation;
- Work with profit and loss statements.
Seeking an individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, customer support, or client-facing roles.
Must possess fluency in Upper-Intermediate English and demonstrate a strong desire to collaborate with an exceptional team while engaging with American clients.
