Account Specialist

Seeking an individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, customer support, or client-facing roles.
Must possess fluency in Upper-Intermediate English and demonstrate a strong desire to collaborate with an exceptional team while engaging with American clients.

You will:

  • Communicate with customers and service providers by phone and e-mail;
  • Receive and process invoices;
  • Maintain a vendor database;
  • Verify and reconcile invoices and payments;
  • Maintain documentation;
  • Work with profit and loss statements.
